1323 new positive cases were confirmed yesterday in Japan. Significantly, in Tokyo, there were 463 new cases out of 1323 on the same day. As we see every update on new positive cases confirmed, almost immediately via media, we have been paying attention on these changes of numbers. These numbers are rapidly rising higher and higher. We, Japanese, are facing an unprecedented situation as we speak, I think.
Everything is unrevealed
Although the current situation I mentioned already, our government has been keeping silent mysteriously, except for an additional delivery plan of 80 million cloth masks. That mask is so-called abe-no-mask. The size of the mask is obviously small for average adults, personally I feel poor airtightness. I'm thinking to use it if I run out of my stock of the cheapest disposable masks. And I can buy such kinds of disposable masks easily nowadays. I simply wonder if I ever will use the abe-no-mask, it may sit in my drawer forever.
Every information relating to this matter seems incomprehensible for me. Can somebody please explain them to me more in little more understandable manner?
Tokyo Olympics were supposed to be here today
If there weren't for the COVID-19 pandemic, I would have watched the Olympic at the venue this week. My schedule book reminds it to me. I could never imagine this kind of situation at all when I bought this ticket. Who could have imagined? Oh, by the way, I would like to have my tickets refunded because I'm so pessimistic about realization of Tokyo Olympics 2021. It seems that we should be able to refund the tickets from this autumn, according to its official web-page.
The most serious concern of the Olympics was an extremely hot summer in Tokyo, but actually the temperature has turned out lower than 30 degrees Celsius every day lately. I'm sure this year will be the so-called mild summer year. If the Olympics were held, it must have been a great Olympic.
